David Bass Accepts Presidents Gavel From Daniel Rayfield
The Mississippi Water and Pollution Control Operators’ Association 2011 President David Bass of Corinth accepts the gavel from outgoing President Daniel Rayfield of Columbus at the Associations’ Annual Meeting and Technical Conference held in Bay St. Louis, MS in July. MWPCOA represents more than 2500 water and wastewater operators in the state. Bass represented MWPCOA District 2 (Alcorn, Lee and Pontotoc Area) on the Association's Board of Governors from 2006 to 2009 and was elected vice-president in 2010.
Mr. Bass is a Class A certified water supply operator for Corinth Gas and Water Department and is the Water Treatment Manager.
